The following shipping policy applies to all domestic and international orders placed through our website. We are based in Bali, Indonesia. We package and send our coffee with safety and care to make sure they reach you damage-free. If something goes wrong and your item arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, please contact us.

We offer a buy & pickup from our local cafe in Canggu, Bali for orders placed within the local area.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Mustache Coffee partners with JNI to provide shipping to our valued Domestic customers.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders within Bali up to 3kg.
  • Domestic shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day.
  • Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
  • We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Sundays. 

PLEASE NOTE

All orders will require an accurate phone number and email address for any customs clearance. We cannot ship to PO boxes. For orders over 6kg please contact us regarding Wholesale Coffee Supply.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

Please email info@mustachecoffeebali.com to request a refund and we will assist you with the shipping details.

We use PayPal Express Checkout

At checkout you will have the option to check out using a debit or credit card, without the need for a PayPal account login.
